WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR ESA PARENTS?
If you want to use CW portal I make you and invoice - you upload to CW under "Pay a vendor". I am listed as "Tower Garden - Chauncey Hallford". The bank account on my CW is actually Tower Gardenʻs corporate bank account. Once CW approves the purchase – we will both get an email stating the purchase is approved. I forward that approval and your order information to Tower Garden letting them know your payment will arrive soon. They will prepare and package your order. Once CW deposits your payment into their account – they ship your order out. CW pays vendors within 3-10 business days. You will get an email directly from Tower Garden with the tracking information. Orders are send 5-7 business days by UPS.
If you want to use your CW card - As of October 2021 purchases direct on http://chaunceyhallford.towergarden.com have been going thru! You can place your order directly, I can still make you a clear invoice for CW to upload just email me oil-ohana@outlook.com - Orders placed directly on website ship within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email direct from Tower Garden with tracking information.
Reimbursement - I would recommend preapproval if wanting to use your personal card to take advantage of monthly payment option direct through my Tower Garden website. Parents are able to purchase out of pocket and submit to CW for reimbursement. Please contact me before doing this so I can get you an invoice which you'll need to provide to CW.
IS THE TOWER GARDEN AN APPROVED PURCHASE?
The Tower Garden was approved with curriculum last year. It continues to be on the approved list as of 8-3-2021.
IS THERE CURRICULUM?
Yes, Tower Garden has itʻs own curriculum that comes free with your Tower Garden for ages Pre-k through University age. Your invoice will have the link to curriculum. My private FB group you are invited to upon purchase also has all the curriculum available in the files. I have already highlighted all the necessary items required to fully follow the curriculum academically. (ex: A Tower Garden is required)
Can my child participate in the curriculum if they are academically challenged? My favorite part about the curriculum is how versatile it is! Donʻt focus on the grade level titles but on academic level. Though my older 2 children are higher grades we still continue to use the lower grade level lessons to revisit important learning opportunities or relate new content back to lessons they are already confident in. If your child is gifted academically you can use the right bar of the lessons to enhance the information and dig deeper into the learning. They give outsourced sites for students who want to elaborate on subjects more or challenge the learner. No matter how fast or slow you learn there is a positive opportunity for any student.
The Private Support FB page Iʻve started to support ESA Parents with their Tower Gardens is a plethora of information as well. There are many other curriculums parents and myself have shared to enhance the learning that can be achieved with this visual, hands on learning tool.
